Limitation of liability

• The liability of Text To Texte inc., including its president, employees, agents, representatives and contractors (collectively hereunder « Text To Texte »), is limited to the amount billed by Text To Texte and paid by the Customer for the service rendered or the work performed in which or because of which the dispute arose.

Electronic mail

• The information in any e-mail, including any attached documents, from Text To Texte ("E-mail") is confidential and may be legally protected. It is intended solely for the individual holder of the e-mail address to which the E-mail is sent. Access to this E-mail by anyone else is unauthorized. Any reading, disclosure, copying and/ordistribution of its content by anyone else is prohibited and may be unlawful, unless it is authorized by either the sender or the addressee of the E-mail. The views contained in the E-mail are exclusively those of its individual sender and should not represent the views of or commit Text To Texte inc. or any of its business partners.

Any use of these trade marks, logo or domain names, along with any other name which similar written form or consonance intending or potentially able to create confusion with, or any kind of loss or harm, directly or indirectly, to Text To Texte inc. is prohibited and may be prosecuted.interdite et répréhensible.
